He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret; his children, Patricia, John (Connie), Mary Ellen Dougherty (Ken), Kara Raudenbush (Karl) and Christina Romer (Scott); his parents, John Hartwell and Beatrice Hartwell; his siblings, Harry Michael (Marie), Patricia Kelly (William), William (Frances) and Mary Ann Schmidt (Richard); his grandchildren, Shaun, Ali, Kenneth, Kailyn, Jacqueline, Nicole, Karl, Luke, Emma, Corey, Samantha and Kylie; and his great grandchildren, Jimmy, Hailey, Skyler and Adalyn.
