He was predeceased by: his spouse Terry McLaughlin Hallman. He is survived by: his daughters, Monica J. Cash (Brent) and Kathryn T. Hallman; his grandchildren, Blue, Brady and Maisy; and his siblings, James (Maryann), Richard (Nancy), Francis Regina (Marypat) and Alice Hallman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
