He was predeceased by : his parents, Maurice Mitchell and Catherine Mitchell (Cosgrove). He is survived by : his wife Kathy Mitchell (Reardon); his children, Shannon Mary and Conor Maurice; and his siblings, Mary McInerney, Anne Sheridan, Rose Varley, Eileen O'Shea, Kitty Purtill, Regina Mitchell, Gerry Mitchell and Kevin Mitchell. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
