We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2020, at the age of 37, Meredith E. Young (Lansdowne, Pennsylvania), born in Darby, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Meredith E. Young to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by : her parents, Michael Young and Barbara Young (Barrett); her son Landon; her siblings, Matthew and Meghan; and her brother-in-law Chris DiGiovanni. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Landon M. Young Educational Fund, c/o Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, 1974 Sproul Road, #100, Broomall, PA 19008.
