She was predeceased by : her spouse Russell Washousky; her parents, Thomas Marczyk and Mary Marczyk (Spack); her son Russell Washousky; and her sister Helen Krutsick.

She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Mary Washousky of Lansford; her grandchildren, Jeremy Washousky (Samantha) of Summit Hill, Justin Washousky (Amanda) of Nazareth and Jade Washousky (Jason Zellin) of Summit Hill; and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Mackenzie, Emalin and Kinslee.
