He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Polinsky (Nelson); his children, Donald Polinsky Jr. of Latrobe, David Polinsky of Latrobe, Diana Fabian of Latrobe and Amy Spangler of Loyalhanna; his grandchildren, Amanda Mattioli (Michael Hootman), Alec Spangler, Angela Polinsky, Zack Spangler (Kayla) and Jason Fabian; his great grandchildren, Jayce, Adalynn, Lainey, Griffin and Holden; his brothers, Peter Polinsky Jr. (Judy), Ron Polinsky (Lorraine), Leland Polinsky (Lucy) and R. Dean Polinsky; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Kantorik, Pauline Nelson and Marjorie Karaffa (Bernie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
