He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bisi and Mary Bisi (Lazarchik); his brothers, William, Gene and Thomas Bisi; and his siblings-in-law, Walter Wiatrak and Marti Bisi.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Bisi (Bigi); his sons, Richard A. Bisi (Karen), Randy M. Bisi and Rod G. Bisi (Brandy); his grandchildren, Megan, Ryan, Daniel, Chelsea and Anna; his great grandchild Lily; and his siblings, James G. Bisi, Rose Wiatrak and Mary Lou Heiser (Rick). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
