She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. George E. Sweeney and Clara Sweeney (Bridge); and her brother Dr. George J. She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Ann Burkhart of Pittsburgh; her siblings, Dr. Gerard D, Bernard P. Sweeney, MD (Pamela) of Genesso, N. Y., Gregory C. Sweeney, MD (Kathleen) of Duncansville, Lawrence C. Sweeney (Marlene) of Latrobe and Rose M. Niezelski of Latrobe; and her friend Debbie Evans. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
