It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maureen P. McIntyre (Reading, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maureen P. McIntyre to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas P. McIntyre, Sr.; her parents, Louis M. Kirn, Sr. and Anna G. Kirn (Carroll); her daughter Kathleen Gaspari; her grandson Christopher T. McIntyre; and her brother Henry Kirn.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas McIntyre (Tracy L.) of Reading, Annemarie Melcher (Rick W.) of Wyomissing and Raymond McIntyre (Sheri L.) of Sinking Spring; her son-in-law James Gaspari of Lenhartsville; her grandchildren, Angela L. Accordino, Amy L. McIntyre, Ryan N. Melcher, Chelsea E. Melcher, Travis M. Melcher and Jared M. McIntyre; her siblings, Louis Kirn, Jr. (Janice) of Leesport and Kathleen Sweigert (Daryl) of Bernville; and her sister-in-law Linda Kirn of West Reading. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church (3121 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gethsemane Cemetery (3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605).
