He was predeceased by: his parents, John Borza and Elizabeth Borza (Piatnica); his wife Mary Lou Wells Borza; his stepson Anthony "Tony" Zorzi; and his siblings, William "Fuzz" Borza, Gertrude Kozak (John), Pauline Orell (Ike) and Dorothy Havelka (Gerold).
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Anita Foor (Ronald). He is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
