He is survived by : his siblings, Jan Brocco (Marty), James "Jay" Hazard Jr. (Susan), Jeff Hazard (Karen) and Jean Hazard-Ozimek (Greg); and his nieces and nephews, Jill Matos (Rico), Jeff Hazard (Shawnelle), James "Jimmy" Hazard III (Courteney), J. Jude Hazard (Melissa) and Jacob Ozimek (Cera King).
