He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee A. Barnes and Doris L. Barnes (Hawkins); and his siblings, Deloris and Gerald. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Hill Station) of Lawrence; his sons, Jeff (Lisa Baker), Dennis and Brad (Eron Salandra); his grandchildren, Chelsea Geist (Tyler), Casey Barnes, Kindle Fisher (David), Katie Barnes, Trevor Barnes, Jeremy Barnes (Leslie), Brittany Barnes, Blake Barnes, Liam Barnes (Andrea) and Shannon Barnes; and his great grandchildren, Coral Geist, Tyde Geist, Rylee Fisher, Tatum Fisher, Jacob Barnes, William Barnes and Sloane Barnes. He is also survived by his wife and grandchildren.
