He was predeceased by : his son Lt. Robert W.; and his sisters, Suzanne Carroll Kelly and Mary Catherine Brose. He is survived by : his wife Judith Kelly; his daughter Patti Kelly; and his adoptive son Louis Schmigel (Tanya).
