He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred H. Brown and Frances Brown Patterson (Quick). He is survived by : his wife Rosalie Rumburger; his children, Deborah, Cherrie and Arthur Miller of Tioga; his grandchildren, Matt Soper, Jaime Soper, Tony Miller, Angie Miller, Brian and Desta Brown of Knoxville; and his great grandchildren, Yvonne Brown and Brian Brown. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
