She was predeceased by: her sibling Tony Lewandowski. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Churilla (Steve) and Jeffrey Kumpf; her grandchildren, Deanna and Alaina; her great grandchild Lily; and her siblings, Rita Petti and Gerry Sokulski.
