She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph R. Chutko. She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Scandolari (John), Mark Chutko (Diana Bucco), Michael, Luke and Maria Chutko; and her sister Janet Kopec (Richard). She is also survived by godchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
