He is survived by: his wife Barbara Waters (Hancharik); his children, Michele Rundell (John), James Waters, Jr. (Deborah) and Thomas Waters (Marcia); his grandchildren, Ashley, Nicole, Matthew, Garrett and Michael; and his brother Hank Waters.
