O'Hara (Cleary); his son John James O'Hara; his parents, John "Jack" P. and Josephine "Joy" O'Hara (Kozlowski); his siblings, Lawrence O'Hara (late Sandy), Daniel O'Hara and Michele Ostrowski (James); his siblings' children, Sean O'Hara, Lauren O'Hara-Jennings, Kali O'Hara, John and Erin Cleary; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler and McKenzie Jennings.
