He is survived by: his wife Kit Ayars; his daughter Katie Johnston Finlayson (Joe); his grandchildren, Riley Finlayson and Lila-Jane Finlayson; his sister Janet Folajtar (Don); and his nieces, Natalie Folajtar and Emilie Trice Swaysland (Colin).
