She is survived by: her son John Leffakis; her parents, Robert "Bud" and Mary Ann Narr (Casselberry); her brothers, Brian Narr (Pammy) and Robert Narr (Dawn); her siblings-in-law, Jan and Jamie Cavacini; her siblings' children, Christopher Conrad, Nathan, Jordan, Brooke, Bailey, Bobbo Narr, Nick and Emily Cavacini; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Deyton and Jayden; and her boyfriend Paul Loren. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
