She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Smith and Alice Smith (Ruby); her nephew Danny Smith; her parents-in-law, Fred Mack Sr. and Bonnie Mack; and her uncle Paul Sweet.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Mack Jr.; her children, Joel and Katlyn Mack; her grandchildren, Jaycie Bellows, Brayliegh Bellows, Paul Bellows, Logan Bellows, Camdyn Hurlbert, Ethan Neal and Noah Mays; her siblings, Terry Smith (Jami), Roger Smith, Vickie Knickerbocker (Len) and Kevin Mack (Denise); her aunts, Jeanie and Kay Sweet; and her friends, Bob and Kathy Carson.
