He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Harrison (Thomas) and Thomas Dougan (Virginia). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Dougan (Sullivan); his brothers, Thomas, Daniel (Jane), Michael and Timothy Dougan; his stepsisters, Cathy Zegarelli (Martin), Nadine Hamilton (Robert), Helen Ross (Lonny) and Sandy Hensley (Beebe); and his brother-in-law Robert Sullivan, Jr. (Valerie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made in Randy's name to a charity of choice.
