He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mackiewicz and Theresa Mackiewicz (Grudzinski); and his sisters, Joan Kiefer and Eleanor Frey. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mackiewicz (Runyan); and his stepsons, Scott Blanchard (Cynthia) of Dayton, TX and Kent Blanchard, Sr. of Lawrenceville, PA. He is also survived by five grandsons; seven great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.
