He was predeceased by: his wife Betty A. "Boopsie" Sager (Cronin); his daughter Sheila; his grandson Vincent "Butch" Rapneth; and his brother Robert Sager. He is survived by: his children, Sissy Hedderman (Leo), Renee Sager (Matthew), Patrick Sager (Tuyen), Lori Sager (Michael) and Regis L. Sager, Jr.; his grandchildren, Dana Rapneth, Lee, Lauren Hedderman, Chelsea, Chad, Ben Sager and Brianna Murray; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Estelle and Brynlee; and his brother Richard Sager. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
