She is survived by: her children, Bridgett Burkhart, Rebecca Ceoffe (Tony) and Albert Burkhart; her grandchildren, Madison, Gabriella, Avellina and Gavin; her parent Alberta Baltz (late William); and her siblings, Douglas McIntyre, Alexis Monahan (Richard), Daniel McIntyre (Megan) and Derrick McIntyre. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
