She is survived by: her children, Michael O'Toole (Sharon), Debi Grantham (Richard), Karen Whitehead (late Robert) and Patrick O'Toole (Karen); her grandchildren, Sheri (Chris), Diania (Brian), Karen (Walt), Sarah, Terry (Melanie), Brando, Corey and Nichole; her great grandchildren, Logan, Skylar, Ella, Kaden, Colton and Riley; and her siblings, Shirley LaCava (Rocco), Marcy Haushalter and John Green. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
