She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Wall (Bush) and Harry B. Wall. She is survived by: her husband Dick Wellington; and her children, Shane Mentzer, Shelly Sweigart (Mentzer), Erica Wellington and Tonia Geosits (Wellington). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
