She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; and her son Charles. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Czachowski (Pat), Kathleen Fagan (Thomas) and Mark Czachowski (Coleen); her grandchildren, Matthew Fagan (Mauri), Sarah Gross (Jamin), Caroline Fagan, Erica Czachowski, Andrew Czachowski (Marci), Jeff McClay (Erin) and Jenny Cvercko (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Caitriona, Abbey, Brady and Laiken. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
