He was predeceased by: his wife Sara E. Tabaka (Essey); and his brother Anthony Tabaka. He is survived by: his children, James M. Tabaka (Janeane) and Thomas A. Tabaka (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Michele, Jamie Tabaka and Robin Lynn Reitz (Tyler); and his sister Helen Kozlowski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
