He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sr. Hornberger and Mariam Hornberger (Wolfe). He is survived by: his children, David F. Hornberger, III and Natasha Hornberger; his siblings, Robert Hornberger, Rhonda Hornberger, Mim Hornberger, Gina Hornberger and Carol Flowers; and the mother of his children Shelly. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. (126 S 9th St, Lebanon, PA 17042). The military honors will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Military Honors Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
