She was predeceased by : her husband Robert B. Klose; her parents, Oscar Lewis Stevenson and Margaret Irene Fornwalt Stevenson; and her son Steven Klose. She is survived by : her daughter Debra Patsches (Georgia Ream) of Lebanon. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
