He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne L. Brightbill and Mabel Brightbill (Rittel). He is survived by: his siblings, Grace Weaver, Dianne Younker, Herbert Brightbill and Melvin Brightbill. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
