The memory of Patricia A. Pushnik of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald K. Pushnik; her parents, John Harmuth and Marion Harmuth (Klimovsky); her sister Sandra Rhen; and her brother-in-law Ron Blatt.
She is survived by: her daughter Alycia D. Pushnik (Dean Sponenberg); her grandchildren, Kendal and Chase Sponenberg; her sister Kathy Blatt; and her sibling's children, Chris Blatt, Ryan Blatt, Anthony Rhen and Melissa Black. She is also survived by children and numerous cousins.
