He was predeceased by : his siblings, Maria and Alberto. He is survived by : his spouse Omayra Justiniano-Rivera; his children, Anthony J. Rivera and Keila M. Rivera; and his siblings, Miguel, Jose, Josean, Alexis, Xavier, Carmen, Valerie, Daisy, Tania, Angela, Jennifer and Rose. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
