He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Reilly and Martha M. Schriver Reilly. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Schaak Reilly; and his children, Jason Thomas of Robesonia and Renee Ruth (Stephen Newell) of Carlisle.

In lieu of flowers, Tom's family suggests memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 6th & Chestnut Sts, Lebanon, PA 17042.
