It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewette Grant Smith III of Leechburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 8, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewette G. Smith II and Elizabeth H. Smith (Hodgson). He is survived by: his brothers, Richard Lee Smith (Anna) of Wexford and H. Kevin Smith (Janet) of West Leechburg; his siblings' children, Thomas Rice (Erin), Jadon Smith, Benjamin Smith, Rachel Barsottini (Brian) and Sharon Hensley; his great-nephews, Rylan Hensley, Jude Barsottini and Arlo Barsottini; and his great-niece Lucy Barsottini.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc. (580 Circle Dr, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the James C. Stump Funeral Home (580 Circle Dr, Belle Vernon, PA 15012).
