He was predeceased by : his parents, Vincent Krushinskie and Rose Krushinskie (Basalego); and his siblings, Sandra and Ronald. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn A. Krushinskie (Kokoles); his children, Dennis P. Krushinskie, Jr. (Kathleen), Roseann M. Snyder, David J. Krushinskie (Jacqueline), Rachel C. Peters (Ronald Lutz) and Muhlenberg Twp; his grandson Michael L. Heintzelman; and his sisters, Anna Bridy and Agnes Krushinskie.
