He is survived by: his brother Sylvester Frey; his wife Joan Brutosky; his children, Sandra Johnson, Michael Frey, Paula Seatter (Dave) and Keith Frey (Eugenia DeLeon); his grandchildren, Zachary, Ashley and Cody; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle and Danielle; and his brother Dennis Frey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
