She is survived by: her fiancé Bradly J. Kupp; her children, Haylee-Lynn, Brenton James and Bradly Kupp Jr. Amanda; her sister Amy E. Salvi; her grandmother Barbara A. Shugar (late Richard Shugar); her father Frank Salvi of Muhlenberg Township; and her nephew Wyatt Kahl.
