She was predeceased by: her parents, Georg Sommer and Maria Sommer (Lindner); her former husband Phillip A. Carrelli; her husband LeRoy G. "Bobby" Minnick; her daughter Donna Jean Palko (Carrelli); and her siblings, Margaret Hermanson and Kurt Sommer.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Minnick of Weatherly, Joseph Carrelli (Karen) of Drums, Phil Carrelli of Weatherly and Marie Louise Somers (James) of Weatherly; and her siblings, Fritz Sommer (Helga) and Helga Hagen (Daryl) of Flagstaff, AZ. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Nieces and nephews.
