He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Maggio and Antoinette Zambrotta Maggio. He is survived by: his wife Tracy E. Maggio; his son Andrew Maggio of Albany, NY; and his sister Jo-Ann Maggio of Queens, NY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
