He is survived by: his wife Francisca Maldonado; his mother Hermina Quinones (Rodriguez); and his children, Angel Cruz, Mildred Quinones, Madeline Quinones and Luis Quinones. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
