She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zayaitz and Tekla Zayaitz (Chwach); her husband Raymond Adams; and her brother Michael Zayaitz. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Adams (Pam) of Danielsville, PA, Raymond T. Adams (Gail) of Allentown, PA and Thomas R. Adams (Elizabeth) of Warwick, RI. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren.
