He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Lucille Makara, Sr. (Lindenmuth); and his former wife Ann Markosky. He is survived by: his son Michael; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Marie Houser; his daughters, Debbie Biever (Brian) and Tammy Mummey (Brian); his grandchildren, Kasey, Jason, Alivia and Bronx; his brother Brad (Linda); his sister-in-law Tina Davis (Phil); and his former wife Barbara Makara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
