Kenneth J. Ozanick Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth J. Ozanick of Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ozanick and Helen Bulina Ozanick; his daughter Lisa Ozanick; his parents-in-law, Joe and Edna Oberleitner; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Oberleitner and Eli George; his nephews, John Shinsky and Robert Carpeal; and his great-niece Haley.
He is survived by: his wife Polly Ozanick; his daughter April Ozanick-Rishel (Kevin); his grandchildren, Rhylan, Breelyn and Bryce; his siblings, George Ozanick (Judy), Linda Davis (Jim), Judy Carpeal (Rob) and Marlene Klamerus (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Beth Yates (Eric), Georgie Ozanick, Ashley Copeland (Cody), Joy Robinson, Jill Michaloski (Chris), Joe Carpeal (Taylor), Mikie Klamerus (Sheila) and Megan Zivkovich (Chris); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Baylie, Brooke, Addison, Arianna, Alena, Gianna, Kayla, Karlee, Briella, Brynne, Blayke, Mikie and Macy; his sisters-in-law, Bev George and Trisha Oberleither; and his nieces and nephews, Liz George-Shah (Parag), Eli George (Heather), Ryan Oberleitner, Sophia and Noah. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home (603 N Gallatin Ave Ext, Uniontown, PA 15401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
