She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lee and Jane Lee (Goodwin); and her brother George Lee Jr. Uveta. She is survived by: her spouse Terry Smitley; her child Terry Smitley Jr. (Frankie) of Confluence, PA; her grandchildren, Terry Smitley III (Shaunna), Hannah Smitley and Lexi Smitley; her great grandchild Montana; and her brother Richard Lee (Karen) of Uniontown.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home (603 N Gallatin Ave Ext, Uniontown, PA 15401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
