She was predeceased by: her parent Alan Lascomb; her daughter Sherry Schappell; her sister Betty Brightbill; and her great grandchild Julian Gust. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Schappell; her parent Minerva Lascomb (Baer); her children, Scott (Leesport), Dean (Hamburg), Richard (Lenhartsville), Cindy (Wyomissing), Kelly (Leesport) and Kara (Chet Sangrey); and her siblings, Raymond Lascomb of Reading and Doris Hafer of Reading.
