He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hugh and Mary Ellen Lawler Rodgers; and his siblings, William Rodgers (Mary Alice) of Harrisburg, Rosemary Flamini, Patricia Griffiths, Christina Rodgers, Hugh, Jr., Thomas and Richard Rodgers. He was also cherished by 25 nieces and nephews.
