He was predeceased by: his significant other Faye L. Hallstead; his parents, Harry Isaac Decker and Olive Armillie Ross Decker; his son Vernon "Terry" Decker; his grandson Jonathan Granick; and his siblings, Arthur Decker, Helen Curtis and Armillie Corey.
He is survived by: his children, Ford, Michael J. Decker (Jeanine) of Lenoxville, PA, Linda L. McGlone (Paul) of Carbondale, PA and Patricia F. Rowan (Michael) of Lenoxville, PA; his brother Roland Decker (Nancy) of Lenoxville, PA; and his sister-in-law Katherine "Mickey" Decker of Missouri. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
