We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2021, Jesse K. Mellinger Jr. (Leola, Pennsylvania), born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse K. Mellinger and Sue Snader Mellinger; his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Paul, Walter, Mervin Mellinger, Dorothy Hershey, Rebecca Shenk, Gladys Sensenig and Miriam Brammer.
He is survived by : his children, Donna Kurtz of Lancaster, Jesse III (Linda) of Millersville and Steven (Pamela) of Mount Joy; and his grandchildren, Eric, Kevin Kurtz, Jennifer Rivera and Heather Rhoads. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; two sisters.
There will be no public viewing; however, family and friends are invited to attend his graveside service at the Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery, Greenfield Road and Lincoln Hwy. on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 1 p.m. Kindly omit flowers. Memorials are welcomed to the charity of one's choice.
